How It Works

Choose your plan.

After purchase, you’ll receive the required Retainer Services Agreement & Authorization and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for electronic signature. Your billing period begins on the date of purchase, and services begin once the required agreements and onboarding steps are completed.

Submit requests through our secure form.

New enrollments and submissions are subject to your plan’s monthly submission allowance.
What Counts as a Submission?
One submission = one new enrollment or contracting request requiring a separate application or submission to a payor. Examples include a new individual provider enrollment or a new group payor contract (group + 1 rendering provider)

Monthly submission allowances reset each billing cycle. Unused submissions do not roll over or accumulate.

What's Not Included?
Billing services, historical credentialing cleanup projects, third-party or payer fees, and services outside the scope of your selected plan are not included. Additional submissions or projects beyond your monthly plan allowance may be quoted separately.
