NOTE: Monthly Submission Allowance: Any new enrollment or submission allowance included with your monthly retainer is available during the applicable monthly billing cycle. Unused submissions do not roll over, accumulate, or carry forward to future billing cycles. The submission allowance resets at the beginning of each new billing cycle.

Additional submissions beyond your plan’s monthly allowance are available at $150 per standard submission, with client approval. Complex or non-standard credentialing requests may require separate pricing.

Each provider submission to each individual payer counts as one submission.
Example: 1 provider submitted to 4 payers = 4 submissions.
